Additional Electronic / Remote Notary Fees
• Electronic or remote notarization: up to $20 per notarial act, as permitted by Pennsylvania law.
Clerical & Administrative Fees
• Reasonable clerical or administrative fees (for travel, copies, postage, etc.) may be charged if customary and reasonable for the area.
• These fees are not set by the Department of State and must be disclosed to clients in advance and itemized on receipts and in the notary journal.
