Notary & signing appointments: Free to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, the fee is $25. If we've already traveled to you, or the appointment can't go ahead when we arrive (for example, there's no valid ID, a signer isn't present, or the document is incomplete), the travel fee is due. No notary fee is charged for acts not performed. Loan signings cancelled after documents are printed: $40. Cancelled after arrival: $75.

Transaction coordination: Fees are due at closing. If a file terminates after it's opened, a $100 file-setup fee covers the work already done.

Creative financing support: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins. No balance is due if the deal doesn't close.

Admin support: Please give 24 hours' notice to move a scheduled session. Otherwise, one hour is billed.

Receipts: Every notary fee and every other fee is itemized on your receipt.
