Pennsylvania sets the maximum fee for each notarial act. Travel and other service fees are separate charges. We quote them before your appointment, and they're listed as separate lines on your receipt.

Each loan package covers travel within 25 miles of Montrose, printing (up to 2 sets), and the signing. State notary fees are listed separately on your receipt. All fees are quoted before your appointment and itemized on your receipt, as Pennsylvania requires.
