Notarial Services – In Detail

1. Identity Verification
- Confirm the identity of each signer using valid, acceptable ID.
- Compare photos, signatures, and personal details carefully.
- Refuse notarization if identity cannot be reliably confirmed.

2. Signer Willingness & Awareness Check
- Confirm that each signer is acting willingly and not under duress.
- Ensure signers understand what they are signing at a basic level.
- Stop the process if there are signs of confusion or coercion.

3. Document Review for Notarial Completeness
- Check that documents are complete (no blank critical sections).
- Confirm names, dates, and capacities are consistent.
- Verify that the notarial certificate wording is appropriate.
